    Ordinary Member
    • A full member of the association. (Shareholder of the organization)

    • Usually has voting rights in meetings (e.g., Annual General Meeting).

    • Can hold office/committee positions (e.g., President, Secretary, Treasurer).

    • Considered the core members who shape the direction and policies of the association.

    Associate Member
    • A supporting member, often from related fields or with an interest in the association’s objectives.

    • Does not have voting rights.

    • Cannot hold office, though they may join activities, enjoy benefits, and receive updates.

    • Acts as a supporting role rather than a decision-making one.

    Membership Fees

    Registration Fee (One-Time, Payable Upon Application):

    Note: The Registration Fee is payable once only at the time of joining,
    while the Annual Subscription Fee must be paid yearly to maintain active membership.

    Membership Terms & Conditions

    1. Membership Categories
    • Ordinary Member: Licensed Debt Collection / Recovery Agencies with valid registration. Ordinary Members have full voting rights and are eligible to hold office in the Association.

    • Associate Member: Individuals, professionals, or organizations related to the credit recovery industry. Associate Members do not have voting rights and cannot hold office.

    2. Fees & Payments
    • A one-time Registration Fee is payable upon approval of application.

    • An annual Membership Fee must be paid on or before 31st January of each year.

    • Fees paid are non-refundable, even in cases of resignation or termination of membership.

    3. Rights of Members
    • Ordinary Members: Eligible to attend, participate, and vote in General Meetings; eligible to be elected into office; entitled to receive all official communications, updates, and benefits of the Association.

    • Associate Members: Entitled to attend meetings (by invitation), receive updates, participate in activities, and enjoy member benefits, but without voting rights or eligibility for office.

    4. Duties of Members
    • To uphold and abide by the Constitution, Rules, and Regulations of the Association.

    • To promote professionalism and integrity within the debt collection industry.

    • To pay all dues promptly as stipulated.

    • To safeguard the good name and reputation of the Association.

    5. Resignation & Termination
    • Any member wishing to resign must give written notice to the Honorary Secretary.

    • Membership may be terminated by the Association for:

      • Failure to pay annual fees within the stipulated time,

      • Breach of the Constitution, Rules, or Regulations,

      • Conduct deemed detrimental to the reputation of the Association.

    6. General Provisions
    • The Association reserves the right to amend membership terms from time to time with approval of the General Meeting..

    • All members, upon acceptance, are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
