Dato’ Mohd Shahrom Bin Mohd Rafik holds a Degree in Business Administration and began his career in the credit and collections industry, where he developed a strong foundation in portfolio management and operational controls. In April 2000, he established Chain Resources (M) Sdn. Bhd., built on a vision of delivering ethical, result-driven and professionally-managed recovery services for both banking and corporate sectors. Through his leadership, Chain Resources has evolved from a small operation into a reputable and trusted agency known for consistent performance, strong governance, and client confidence.
Over the years, he has successfully positioned Chain Resources as an organisation recognised for its compliance culture, operational discipline and long-term relationship building. His steady leadership, strategic foresight and commitment to professional standards continue to shape Chain Resources into a progressive and sustainable market player.
As Deputy President, Dato’ Shahrom brings extensive industry knowledge, leadership experience and strong organisational values to support the association’s mission, promote professionalism and drive collaboration among member agencies.
