The Association of Malaysia Credit Recovery Agencies (AMCRA), officially registered under PPM-005-10-11092025, was officially formed on 11 September 2025, marking a significant milestone for Malaysia’s credit recovery and debt collection industry.

Founded by leading agencies, AMCRA serves as the association representing credit recovery agencies, uniting the sector and providing a collective voice for service providers, financial institutions, regulators, and consumers.

AMCRA is dedicated to promoting responsible, ethical, and transparent debt collection practices aligned with national standards. By collaborating closely with key stakeholders including Bank Negara Malaysia, CCOB, banks, credit companies, insurers, and telecom providers, the association aims to elevate professionalism, build trust, and ensure compliance across the industry.
